5. INTERNATIONAL LAW TODAY

In today's conditions, bourgeois equality in individual countries has become a complete stranglehold for the bourgeoisie ruling that country (and also for feudalists etc.) and they are developing various legal and practical methods to escape from this stranglehold.

Similarly, in today's conditions, powerful states see the problems of equality between states, which also contain remnants of socialist equality among nations, as a complete stranglehold and are developing various legal and practical methods to escape from it. Even the phrase "defense of human rights" is a tool for such purposes and has been incorporated into UN law in order to be used as a tool to interfere in the internal affairs of countries!

5-A) Bourgeois World Picture Created by Bourgeois Nations in Today's Conditions

i) Imperialist 'great' powers have made all world states dependent on them in all areas such as financial, commercial, technical, military, diplomatic, cultural etc. in order to exploit them. For this reason, even if they are not multinational within their own borders, they are in the position of multinational states that oppress other nations. Therefore, they are countries where national problems are rampant.

Moreover, some of them are multinational in their own metropolises and in their own countries. And at the same time, due to the developments in economic and political relations around the world, they have had to accommodate migrant workers from other countries in their countries, and therefore, national problems called 'migrant problems' have emerged in their own countries.

ii) The basis of the imperialist policy of these ‘great’ powers is monopoly in the economy. For this reason, each of them has a political tendency to gain a monopolistic position in exploiting other states. For this reason, they struggle among themselves for the monopoly of exploiting other states. This struggle inevitably leads to wars between them that take one form or another in the military field and that gradually tend to turn into a general war (World War). It is generally thought that this tendency takes the form of simple domination over other nations and countries. However, and especially in today’s conditions and the general crisis of world capitalism (the tremendous development in production techniques -which is at a stage that directly points to communist society- in countries that can take part in the capitalist system and rapidly leads to a large-scale abundance of products, while the capitalist market, which is the means of converting these products into money, grows very slowly), the manifestation of this tendency for monopolistic domination leads to other types of relations. (Lenin also mentioned these) To prevent competitors and the people of that country - the state - from accessing raw material resources that are not currently available for intensive use, or that could be used intensively by competitors if they fall into their hands and shake their own monopoly in that field; to organize the use of these resources with the oldest production methods that are sufficient for their own narrow needs and protect their monopoly, instead of using existing technology and intensive production, and with the slave system and ‘outside the law’, and to do whatever is necessary to prevent the domination of financial and other markets from falling into the hands of other imperialists, etc. To do whatever is necessary to ensure that no one can dominate countries, regions and even continents, for example, to create chaos and disorder, to create stateless countries, to encourage all kinds of differences everywhere under the name of ‘identity politics’, to create groups that conflict with each other and if possible fight on the basis of these differences, to arm them and make them dependent on themselves, to expose these social groups to the threat of extinction through these wars and to ensure the formation of groups that desperately buy weapons from them and do everything they want in order to buy these weapons, and to throw them away when necessary, etc.

In this context, water, food, medicine and even natural disasters have become tools used for these purposes. Not only military and diplomatic tools but also economic tools are in play and are being used. No institution is left unused for these imperialist purposes. Nothing is allowed to function in accordance with its ‘sacredness’, that is, its purpose, and everything is used for imperialist purposes. Foundations, aid institutions, publishing, cultural activities, educational institutions and also commercial and production companies and their managers, in short, every field is turned into a tool for malicious activities against other nations and countries.

Organizations that threaten societies with extinction are being formed, and those who find themselves under threat of extinction due to their activities are being ‘helped’ and made dependent on them. Etc. etc.

Barbarity is being organized all over the world.

iii) In the period following the Second World War, all the victorious and defeated major imperialist powers formed an alliance under the hegemony of the USA, accepting this hegemony and losing their own independence. The USSR and the People's Democracies fought against this alliance in every field until 1953. After 1953, they became the 'enemy-looking' part of this alliance. Approximately ten years after the definitive destruction of the USSR and the People's Democracies, and especially in the last few years, this hegemony of the USA, although it continued, began to shake. Currently, in all relations between the major powers and therefore in the monopoly of exploiting other states, there is an increasing conflict every passing day and new arrangements and formations in the bourgeois inter-state world relations system. The fundamental reason underlying these formations is the current stage of the general crisis of world capitalism.

Barbarity is being organized all over the world.

iv) Currently, with a few exceptions, all former colonies and dependent nations have gained their ‘independent’ states. This independence is a relationship of complete dependency on the great imperialist powers. They are all in the position of being completely dependent states.

To the extent that these states can form a bourgeois structure within themselves, if they also include many nations and tribes living in backward conditions, they suffer from a lot of national and religious conflicts within themselves. Moreover, since most of these states remain within the imperialist system, they have not even been able to become bourgeois national states within themselves.

Despite the fact that these states are completely dependent on the great imperialist powers in the current conditions of the general crisis of world capitalism, and therefore, they are faced with intense pressures from the great powers within the framework of their own interests. Even complete submission to them no longer yields results in terms of their existence as a consistent part of the system. The general crisis of world capitalism (therefore, not individual factories but individual countries and increasingly individual continents being pushed out of the economic system and kept out of the economic system) and the different conflicts of interest of the different powers rising on these foundations are constantly threatening these states. And while they are trying to survive in this position by relying on this or that imperialist power in proportion to their power, many of them are being dragged into complete chaos and disorder. The bourgeois-feudal-tribal leaders who rule these countries see that their efforts to rule by taking part in the imperialist system are useless, but they cannot give up this dependency either. Under their domination, their states, countries, peoples and nations are being dragged into a complete dead end. All the principles that should guide the relations between countries, relations between nations, such as the independence of countries, non-interference in the internal affairs of countries, inviolability of the borders of countries, prohibition of attacks on countries, states of nations that do not have states, are being violated and used for imperialist purposes, and these rules of international law, these rules of equality that are necessary and needed by these countries, are being trampled by the rulers of these countries themselves due to their efforts to adapt to the imperialist great powers, and this disregard for rules, this inequality ultimately hits them and their countries.

Barbarity is being organized all over the world.

v) The relationship between imperialists has led to a special situation in oil-rich countries in terms of dependent states. These countries, which are absolutely dependent, are also financially overwhelmed with wealth. This situation, which emerged as one of the mechanisms of control of the USA (and Britain, which cooperates closely with it) over other great powers, is currently being shaken. The results of this shaken in Iraq, Libya and Syria are known to everyone.

The fact that oil-rich countries, which are among the most dependent countries in the world, are also among the world's financially richest countries is an 'interesting' situation caused by the general crisis of imperialism under the US hegemony.

The positions of these oil-rich countries are being reshaped in connection with the reshaping of relations between great powers. Whether they will be able to protect their financial wealth and even their existence is a problem being addressed by the imperialist great powers.

Barbarity is being organized all over the world

vi) All bourgeois (feudal) states, with the possible exception of all, but most importantly the USA, and all the great ‘powers’ are using the method of exploiting all kinds of differences and conflicts within and between bourgeois (feudal) countries against each other (and with different alliances) and thus weakening the target countries in an unbridled manner.

As the weak countries, which are the main target of such activities, use such methods, they become more and more easily used through such methods.

Nations that do not have states, which are an element of the differences in individual countries, and religious groups under pressure remain within the bourgeois framework and, moreover, to the extent that they insist on going back to feudal and slavery conditions, that is, to the extent that they do not adopt the policy of breaking the imperialist chain and breaking away from it, they cannot avoid being the users and the ones who are constantly used by these methods.

These developments between countries and nations are both an indicator and a source of the deepening of the general crisis of world capitalism.

Barbarity is being organized all over the world.

vii) They are looking for a solution to this crisis in the chaos they have spread all over the world, that is, in wars and destruction in every field. They are especially looking for the non-atomizing of all the organizations of the proletariat and its communism and keeping them in chaos. Because the only power capable of preventing and destroying their barbarity is the world proletariat and its communism!

It is possible to elaborate this picture and it should be elaborated.
