RIOTS, UPRISINGS AND REVOLUTIONS!

-I-

  1. it is a well known fact that an immediate cause is always needed for the start of a riot, an uprising or a revolution.

Killing of Mark by the police and protest meeting in front of the police station was such an immediate cause. All the previous riots also had their immediate causes.

Therefore to say that the riots in Manchester, Liverpool, etc., and the riots that came later and may come even later has no cause, and the killing of Mark can not be the cause is nothing more than an attempt to hide this well known truth.

Killing of Mark is the immediate cause of these riots!

  1. The other well known truth is that while Killing of Mark was the immediate cause of the riots, the underlying cause was something different. Killing of Mark has simply ignited a tinderbox of causes.

The underlying causes are also well known. One does not need a Marxist-Lenininist, a Stalinist to tell all what these are. Not only are they well known by the ordinary working people of all lands who live in these streets, the academics of the system could not but confess these reasons ever since they had been studying them to write reports for their governments- in USA, in UK an all over Europe.

Remember “Blair the liar” and his slogan of “tough on crime and tough on causes of crime”, that just fighting crime would not solve the problem thus he would fight the causes of the crime...

To say that the riots are nothing more than “pure criminality” is nothing more than an attempt to hide the well known truth about the underlying causes.

-II-

  1. During Mrs. M. Thatcher's reign, the amount of people who had lost their job, who became unemployed and who had to live on the bread line had been increased.

The number of the unemployed has increased. The number of people who were forced to take on jobs at very low wages have increased. During her reign there was not even a minimum wage. The total amount of working people who had to live in such a situation was still a minority, around 20%. This gives rise to the entrenched 5% they talk of. They were on the bread line. They were provided with some sort of housing and certain amount of income that permitted being fed.

What more could they want? Proper food? Meat? Drink? Proper Education? Music? Films? TV-Video? New clothing? Presents and Holidays? Etc.

Whatever next!

One of the Royalties, one of the Ladies once said: “They want to learn to read? Whatever next, the vote?”

Whatever next indeed me lady!

Riots!

  1. There is a section of the working class and their children who have no prospect of having employment, and if any prospect of any employment, of earning a wage which provides any more than the income for being unemployed given by the state. This is the bread line. This gives rise to the entrenched 5% they talk of.

A new world economy that provided plenty for a handful of finatial oligarchs requires that an ever growing section of our society in the rich countries of the world ends up in the situation described above.

They now number around 25% in England. Still a minority. And dispersed around the country.

The entrenched 5% they talk of is just a small part of this!

But I ask you once again: what more could they want? Proper food? Meat? Drink? Proper Education? Music? Films? TV-Video? New clothing? Presents and Holidays? I Pad? Mobiles phones? Broadband? Computers? To live long and healthy? Etc.

Whatever next indeed me ladies and me lords!

Riots!

  1. One thing becomes clear. Riots are a form of action and organisation (however disorganised) of the unemployed and very badly paid, and unorganised and widely dispersed section of the working class! The fact that the unemployed and very badly paid section of the working class have no organisation and are dispersed within the society gives rise to riots as a burst of violent reaction and organisation reflecting their situation.

From this we can draw a law of the present society we live in: so long as this situation of this section of the working class continue so will the riots of this section of the working class will continue to happen.

-III-

1.Mrs. M. Tathcher made famous the saying “Everyone should have their Willy!”. She was not talking of any old willy, but of her very own willy!

Willy Whitelaw, her Home Secretary.

“Mrs. M.T's Willy” would go on the telly, and talk about the shields, truncheons, helmets and other protective gear for the police. Different ones would be presented and he would say something like this: “we are looking into it, we have not decided which ones to buy. We may not even buy any of them. We may decide that we do not need them at all in Britain. We are not the continental Europe you know. Policing with consent and all that, and all that..”

Just after these presentations on the TV riots broke out. Guess what? Police all around the country were armed with shields, new and large truncheons and helmets. It seems “Mrs. M.T.s willy” is a magical willy that can create these things out of the thin air-since they were not bought, since we were just discussing which ones to buy, if any at all, and all that, and all that......

Or rather these people on top, the rich, and their politicians and their officials and servants in all disguises are obviously liars, and they were certainly expecting that the result of their actions would lead to riots and they were getting ready for the riots!

They were well aware of the immediate causes and the underlying causes, and that they were well aware that they were creating the underlying causes of riots! Once the underlying causes are there, the immediate cause can be anything and at any time!

They were getting ready for the riots!

They did not tell us they were getting ready for the riots did they!

  1. You could see a similar preparedness that cropped up during the present riots. All of a sudden our police officers are driving armoured vans! They showed three on TV and said they would ask for more. It turns out that there are plenty more anyway! Where the heck these came from? Armoured vans for the British bobby! Policing with consent and all that, and all that...And their new protective gear and weapons would make the Robo-Cop cry with envy!

Obviously, these people were aware of the fact that their policies, since the days of Labour, would create the underlying causes for riots and would lead to riots and they must be thinking that this time around the riots could be worse than the riots that happened before, and it is thus that they have bought for themselves plenty of armoured vans, and robo-cop gear – this time around they bought all these without telling anybody anything, not even bothering with outright lies! God only knows what else is available to our police force to be used against the people of these islands-well, we could ask the Irish, they would know the old fashion versions of these things, having plenty of experience!

  2. In other words, they, the powers that be, most certainly knew that they were creating the conditions for riots, for mass violence. They have been preparing for riots, for mass violence.

Gold Command Centre that unifies all the police forces of Britain was created as part of this preparation too.

They were well aware of the immediate causes and the underlying causes, and that they were well aware that they were creating the underlying causes of riots! Once the underlying causes are there, the immediate cause can be anything at any time!

In other words, every time they sound to be surprised, every time they blame the rioters they are behaving in a fashion that a well-oiled machine of hypocrisy behaves!

  1. But, how about those public and democratic bodies that are supposedly providing civilian and democratic control over the police force. Did they know of these gears bought for the police force at the time of “Mrs. M.T's willy” and did they know of the armoured vans and do they know whatever else is hidden there right now?

If they did and if they do, we do have to say: That is not a democratic and open to the public way of doing things, is it? You're fired!

-IV-

  1. It is well known since the days of the Queen Victoria that if the people are unemployed and downtrodden, if the number of the unemployed rise, so does the number of alcoholics, druggies, and criminals.

Whenever the number of unemployed rise, so does the number of crime and criminals rise! This is a law of capitalist society!

And this is a law of capitalist society that was found and declared not by Marxists-Leninists, not by Stalinists. This law was found and declared by the bourgeois academicians and “do gooders”! They all know it!

A large section of our nation live and grow up as unemployed, as downtrodden since the days of “Mrs. M. T and her Willy”! 20%-25%. This gives rise to the entrenched 5% they are talking about!

In other words when they were creating unemployment and badly paid and bad working conditions they most certainly knew that they were creating conditions for the rise of criminality in our society, in our midst, and they also knew that this time around it would be a long term, a permanent affair! Alcoholism, drug taking, crime, and criminals. They knew what they were creating these and they knew this section of our society would become a permanent fixture of our society!

If we find ourselves facing a condition whereby the rulers of our society, the rich, the finantial oligarchs, with their servants in all fields of life: politicians, civil servants, police and the soldier, the academician and the journalist...that these know that they are creating conditions that will turn our people, as well as our children into criminals, and still go ahead and create those conditions, should we not ask ourselves who are the real criminals here?

On top of turning our brothers and sisters into criminals and prostitutes, alcoholics and druggies, and killing them that way, and wasting their lives that way, are they not also and consciously putting our lives in danger due to criminality in society even when they pretend to fight against criminality-since they are the ones who are creating the conditions for criminality and they are creating all this criminality!

Would it be wrong to draw the conclusion from all these that the present day rulers of the capitalist society are nothing but outright criminals, and anyone who wants to rule and preserve a capitalist society is nothing but a murderous criminal, that anyone who help them do so are also such criminals!

  1. If the riots do not turn into criminality, the powers that be do whatever it takes to paint it as “pure criminality” and do whatever it takes to turn it into “pure criminality”.

Infiltrations of rioters, provocation of rioters are considered as usable tools! So is outright lies perpetrated using any means at hand, and spreading of lies using any means at hand.

  2. Every rioting, and even every revolution, invariably gets its own attachment of criminal elements who aim to and do make the most of the situation. This has always been the case and will always be the case. And they, these criminal elements, will always be used by the bourgeoisie rulers, by the reactionary powers that be to divert the riots, to attempt to divert the revolutions, from forming their own political aim, which would invariably turn to the toppling of their disgusting rule, or rather the misrule of our society!

    -V-

As we all know our government, our armed forces, our police force, our media (the TV, the radio, the newspapers, the social networking through the internet...and all that and all that...) never object to the riots in some of the Arab countries, in Egypt, in Syria and Libya for example. No, they actually provide air cover for riots and rioters in Libya: not just our country but all of NATO and other Arab countries, such as Saudi Arabia, are all encouraging riots, doing all they can to develop these into uprisings and into “revolutions” as they perceive it.

The same was the case when people were rioting in East European countries, before the Soviet Union collapsed and even after the USSR collapsed, with all those riots of Orange and Blue and whatever colour they gave them, and the velvet. These riots were all developed into uprisings, and “revolutions” or into forcing new elections on the elected governments just after the elections the rioters have lost. It is known that Mr Sores, the American billionaire, was paying the expenses of these rioters, and USA and our government was supporting them, the riots and the rioters!

So our government, and all the NATO loving Western “democratic” governments and we must all be in agreement that not all riots are bad, that for some of them we must do all we can and develop them into uprisings and in time into uprisings that topple the present governments. Or at the very least use them to force a new election even if and although an election was held just a few days ago, and carry on doing this until ones supporters win the election.

In other words, it is not a matter of any old riot that must be condemned but only the ones one do not like! All the present day governments of finantial oligarchs, and even their United Nations would agree with that conclusion. They all individually and jointly organise military support for all sorts of rioters, for all sorts of uprisings.

Support the riots against the government you want to topple, help turn those riots into uprisings against those governments and object and suppress the riots against your own government and against the governments you support! This is also a law of the present day capitalist world order!

But from this it follows that all the talk about criminality this criminality that of riots and rioters is neither here nor there, that the determining element in being for or against a particular riot and rioters depends on what is the aim of the riot at hand, what aim one can import to a particular riot, whether and if the aim in question is considered as good or not.

Our government, NATO, their allies, the UN as is now, think that they are doing the right thing by helping organise riots in this or that country, by helping organise to turn those riots into uprisings, and helping those rioters and those uprisings with finantial, diplomatic, propagandative, and military support and of course with support of their local spies and collaborators!

To me all those acts of our government, NATO, UN etc., are outright criminal acts, these acts result in mass murder during all sorts of military activity encouraged and supported by them, and even after the event by leading to hunger, starvation and ill health.

-VI-

We have already noted the following: Riots are a form of action and organisation (however disorganised) of the unemployed and very badly paid, and unorganised and widely dispersed section of the working class!

What would that mean for the communist movement, for the democrats of our country, for those who love our people, our youth and our nation?

Should we support the riots and join up with the rioters so that we can give it a political aim that is of a democratic nature that aims to topple the present capitalistic system and the rule of the finantial oligarchy?

The only force that is capable of doing this, achieving this result is the organised section of the working class, the unionised section of the working class, the unions which are led by a party that defends the workers, the nation and oppose the finantial oligarchy and wants to put an end to the rule of the finantial oligarchy.

It is the duty of the unions and such a party to organise the unemployed and low paid and dispersed section of the working class and to give them class class-consciousness: thus a political aim, the political aim of bringing down the rule of the finantial oligarchs and replacing it with the rule of the working class.

But if that is achieved the riots as a means of struggle of this section of the working class would not be the only means at their disposal as the case is now, nor would it prove itself to be the best means available. Thus it would most likely not be used!

Elections, forcing the present governments to hold early elections, movements of organised employed and unemployed sections of the class to win the elections, to elect their own and their real representatives that will topple the finantial oligarchy, elections and general strikes as the best way of achieving all that would come to the fore. We would find that the ruling class, the very government and the police would be going out of their way to provoke riots in our ranks, while we would be resisting to have them.

We must concentrate our attention in to organising ourselves, in to having a proper program for ourselves, in to organising the section of the class that is employed and concentrated in industries, as the leading force of the nation. We need this leading force and without that leading force we shall not be able to achieve anything. It would be, and it is the duty of the organised section of the class to organise the unorganised and unemployed and extremely low paid and extremely dispersed section of the class and impart a class consciousness to it. Let them feel and realise that they are the real power in this country, for they are a part of the honourable and glorious British working class and all they have to do is to unite to topple the finatial oligarchy and all its dishonourable and worthless servants. And this is doable democratically and through elections. And that is what, we should do and what we should concentrate on.

So long as we cannot achieve the victory we have mentioned, the riots of the section of the working class will happen, for in the midst of plenty the rule of the finatial oligarchy will create an ever growing section of the unemployed and extremely poor - this section of our class finds itself in a much worse situation in the USA. So long as we cannot topple the world hegemony of the finantial oligarchy the famines in Africa and Asia and Latin America will continue to happen. What do we do but watch 50 million people die needlessly every year-and that is our shame!

When the riots happen we should do our best to carry our political aim in to it, and utilise it to organise the unemployed. But we should not let it divert us from our main aim. It will not turn into a revolution at the moment for two reasons: one is that there is not an organised leadership to our movement that can lead anything to power, to revolution, to victory in elections, second is that a bigger section than this section of the class live in petty bourgeois conditions and clearly will not join in the riots-and without them the riots will not be successful, will not turn into un uprising, into a revolution.

It is not what appears to have been achieved immediately that matters in the long run. What matters is to find the fastest way of putting an end to the creation of such conditions in our society. Only by achieving the power of people's democracy shall we be able to do this. We must concentrate on achieving power by the workers, by the communists, by the democrats of these islands!

The way forward is clearly one of direct democracy and to fight to achieve direct democracy. To organise all sections of the society which is in the least bit decent and honest to achieve direct democracy.
